All new paid subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with ATC for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, you can request a full refund.

3. Eligible Refunds

The following situations qualify for a refund:

  • Request made within 7 days of first payment (new subscribers only)
  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Charges made after account cancellation was processed
  • Service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors on our part

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
Monthly renewal charges after the first month
Partial month usage (subscriptions are non-prorated)
Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as this is subjective)

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the Dashboard, or by contacting our support team.

5.2 What Happens When You Cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your catalog and data remain accessible until the subscription ends
  • After the billing period ends, your public catalog page will be disabled
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

5.3 Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time. If within 30 days, your previous data will be restored.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant transaction or invoice IDs

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

7.2 Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7.3 Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.

7.4 Processing Fees: We do not deduct any processing fees from refunds. You receive the full amount back.

8. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for the remainder of the current billing period. You continue to have access to your current plan's features until the billing period ends.

9. Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. New features are available immediately upon upgrade.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur significant fees and may result in immediate account suspension.

If you have a legitimate dispute, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly. Please contact our support team first to allow us to address your concerns.

11. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a special case that warrants consideration outside of this policy, please contact our support team. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to find fair solutions.
